30 year mortgage rates are averaging 4.48%, down from yesterday's average 30 year rate of 4.53%. Mortgage rates continue to head lower on a
weak employment report released last Friday which caused 10 year Treasury yields lower. We can expect 30 year rates to hover around 4.50% for the remainder of the week. 15 year conforming mortgage rates are averaging 3.69%, a slight decline from yesterday's average 15 year rate of 3.71%.
