Mortgage Refinance Rates: 30 Year Refinance Rates at 5.09%

Mortgage refinance rates were up this week over last. This is the first week refinance rates increased after three consecutive weeks of declines. 30 year fixed refinance rates increased to 5.09 percent, up from last week's average refinance rate of 4.95 percent.

15 year mortgage refinance rates were also higher this week, 15 year rates are averaging 4.39 percent this week, up from the previous week's average refinance rate of 4.34 percent.

Jumbo Refinance Rates

Jumbo 30 year mortgage refinance rates are averaging 5.85% this week, up from the prior week’s average refinance mortgage rate  of 5.62%.

15 year jumbo refinance home mortgage rates are averaging 5.07% this week, up from the previous week’s average refinance loan rate of 5.05%.

Adjustable Mortgage Refinance Rates

The average 1 year refinance loan is at 4.26% this week, down from last week when 1 year refinance mortgage rates averaged 4.67%.

3 year adjustable refinance rates are at 4.61% this week, up from the prior week’s mortgage loan refinance rate of 4.59%.

5 year adjustable interest mortgage rates are averaging 4.05%, unchanged from the prior week's average refinance rate.

7 year mortgage refinance rates are at 4.60%, up from the previous week’s average mortgage refinance rate of 4.47%.

10 year mortgage refinance rates are at 4.79%, down from last week’s refinance rate of 4.90%.

Jumbo Refinance Adjustable Mortgage Rates

1 year jumbo adjustable refinance rates are at 5.59%, unchanged from the prior week’s average refinance rate.

3 year jumbo loan rates are at 5.44%, an increase from last week’s average adjustable refinance loan rate of 5.27%.

5 year jumbo refinance interest rates are at 4.76%, an increase from last week’s average refinance bank rate of 4.69%.

The average 7 year jumbo refinance home loan is at 5.80% this week, up from the prior week’s average refinance home loan rate of 5.61%.

10 year home refinance rates are at 5.99%, an increase from last week’s average home refinance rate of 5.92%.
