mortgage rates today broke below 4.00% and hit an all-time low of 3.99% on MonitorBankRates' national average mortgage rates survey. Earlier today we predicted 30 year rates breaking below 4.00 sometime this coming week. 15 year mortgage rates are also lower today averaging 3.30%, down from last week's average 15 year mortgage rate of 3.34%.

Today's 30 year jumbo mortgage rates are averaging 4.44%, a decline from yesterday's average 30 year
jumbo mortgage rate of 4.46%. 15 year jumbo mortgage rates today are averaging 3.81%, a slight decline from yesterday's average 15 year jumbo mortgage rate of 3.82%.

Current 7 year adjustable mortgage rates are averaging 3.30%, up from the previous week’s average 7 year adjustable mortgage rate of 3.24%.
10 year adjustable mortgage rates currently are averaging 3.59%, an increase from last week’s average 10 year adjustable rate of 3.55%.
