Conforming 15 year home mortgage rates are averaging 3.62 percent, an increase from yesterday's average 15 year mortgage interest rate of 3.52 percent. 15 year home mortgage interest rates in Maryland are higher today averaging 3.73 percent.

The average 30 year  jumbo mortgage rate in New York is currently higher than the national average rate. Current 30 year jumbo mortgage rates in NY are averaging 4.94 percent.

Today's 15 year jumbo home mortgage rates are averaging at 3.98 percent, unchanged from yesterday's average jumbo mortgage loan rate. Current 15 year jumbo mortgage rates in Texas are considerably higher averaging 4.36 percent.

Fixed long term mortgage rates are mostly lower and adjustable home mortgage rates are down considerably this week. Fixed conforming 30 year home mortgage rates are averaging 4.22 percent, down from last week’s average 30 year mortgage rate of 4.27 percent. 30 year home mortgage rates hit an all time low of 4.08 percent in early October and have hovered just above the record low for the past 30 days.Jumbo 30 year home mortgage rates are averaging 4.73 percent, a slight increase from last week’s national average jumbo mortgage rate of 4.71 percent. 30 year Michigan jumbo mortgage rates are higher than the national average.

Conforming 15 year home mortgage rates today are averaging 3.52 percent, down slightly from the previous week’s average 15 year mortgage interest rate of 3.53 percent. 

15 year jumbo home mortgage rates are averaging at 3.98 percent, down from the prior week’s average jumbo mortgage loan rate of 4.03 percent.

Today’s 3 year adjustable mortgage rates are averaging 3.24 percent, from last week’s average 3 year adjustable mortgage loan rate of 3.37 percent. Current 3 year mortgage refinance rates are also lower averaging 3.24 percent.

5 year adjustable mortgage loan rates today are averaging 3.11 percent, down from the prior week’s average mortgage rate of 3.21 percent. 5 year refinance home loan rates today are also lower at 3.11 percent.

7 year adjustable mortgage loan interest rates today are averaging 3.40 percent, d0wn from the previous week’s average 7 year home mortgage rate of 3.43 percent. Today’s 7 year refinance rates are also higher averaging 3.40 percent.

10 year adjustable mortgage loan rates today are averaging 3.70 percent this week, up from last week’s average 10 year adjustable mortgage rate of 3.81 percent. 10 year home refinance rates today are also averaging 3.70 percent.
