Today's 30 year conforming mortgage rates are averaging 4.77%, down from yesterday's average 30 year mortgage rate of 4.80%. Conforming 30 year mortgage rates in Kentucky are lower than the national average. Current 30 year rates in Kentucky are averaging 4.75%.

Current 5 year adjustable mortgage rates are averaging 3.15%, down from yesterday's average 5 year adjustable rate of 3.19%. 5 year adjustable rates in Colorado are slightly higher than the national average. Current 5 year adjustable loan rates in Colorado are averaging 3.17%.



15 year rates today are averaging 4.05%, a decrease from yesterday's average 15 year rate of 4.18%. 15 year loan rates in California are higher than the national average. Today's 15 year rates in CA are averaging 4.08%.

30 year jumbo mortgage rates are averaging 5.26%, down from yesterday's average jumbo loan rate of 5.30%. 30 year jumbo interest rates in Massachusetts are higher than the national average.  30 year jumbo rates in MA are averaging 5.30%.

15 year jumbo rates are averaging 4.68%, down from the prior week’s average jumbo rate of 4.73%. 15 year jumbo interest rates in New York are lower than the national average. The current average 15 year jumbo rate in NY is at 4.56%.

Today's 30 year jumbo mortgage rates are averaging 5.33%, down from last week’s average jumbo loan rate of 5.34%. 

15 year jumbo rates are averaging 4.68%, down from the prior week’s average jumbo rate of 4.73%.

The current average rate on 1 year adjustable mortgage loans is at 3.39%, up from last week’s average 1 year adjustable interest rate of 2.95%.

Today's 3 year adjustable mortgage refinance rates and adjustable mortgage rates are averaging 3.39 percent, down from last week’s average 3 year rate of 3.45 percent.

Current interest rates on 5 year ARMs are averaging 3.27 percent, down  from the prior week’s average rate of 3.30 percent.

Today's refinance rates and mortgage rates on 7 year adjustable loans are averaging 3.64 percent, down from the previous week’s average of 3.71 percent.

10 year adjustable loan rates are averaging 4.17 percent this week, down from last week’s average 10 year adjustable rate of 4.22 percent. Average refinance rates on 10 year home loans are also averaging 4.17 percent.

3 year adjustable jumbo rates are averaging 3.96 percent, down from last week’s average 3 year jumbo rate of 4.03 percent. Refinance rates today on 3 year jumbo loans are also lower, averaging 3.96 percent.

5 year adjustable jumbo interest rates today are averaging 3.66 percent, down from last week’s average jumbo adjustable rate of 3.73 percent. Today’s refinancing interest rates are also averaging 3.66 percent.

7 year jumbo adjustable loan rates are averaging 4.32 percent, down from last week’s average 7 year adjustable rate of 4.36 percent. 7 year jumbo refinance rates are also lower at 4.32 percent.

10 year jumbo loan rates are averaging 4.83 percent, up from the prior week’s average 10 year jumbo rate of 4.76 percent. 10 year jumbo refinance interest rates are also higher, averaging 4.83 percent.
