Fixed 15 year conforming mortgage rates are advertised at 3.875 percent with 0.375 mortgage discount points and at 3.75 percent with 0.50 mortgage discount points. The current national average 15 year mortgage rate is at 4.04 percent.

Conforming 3/1 LIBOR adjustable mortgage rates are advertised at 3.875 with 0.25 mortgage discount points and at 3.375 percent with 1.00 mortgage discount points.

Conforming 5/1 LIBOR adjustable mortgage rates are advertised at 4.375 with 0.50 mortgage discount points and at 4.125 percent with 1.00 mortgage discount points.

Jumbo 30 year mortgage rates are advertised at 4.875 percent with 0.125 mortgage discount points. 30 year jumbo mortgage rates are also avertised at 4.625 percent with 1.25 discount points. Jumbo 5/1 LIBOR adjustable mortgage rates are advertised at 3.625 with 0.125 mortgage discount points and at 3.375 percent with 0.75 mortgage discount points.

Current 15 year jumbo mortgage rates are averaging 4.82 percent, up from last week’s average jumbo mortgage rate of 4.71 percent. Current 15 year jumbo refinance mortgage rates today are also higher averaging 4.82 percent.
