South Carolina Federal Credit Union is advertising fixed conforming mortgage rates and conforming adjustable mortgage rates. 30 year fixed mortgage rates are advertised at 4.75 percent with zero mortgage discount points. 15 year conforming fixed mortgage rates are advertised at 4.125 percent with zero points and 5/1 adjustable mortgage rates are advertised at 4.50 percent with zero points.

We were quoted the following mortgage rates on a $240,000 mortgage loan (80% LTV) for a home in South Carolina.
