Other advertised rates include a 30 year fixed mortgage rate with a rate of 5.125% with zero mortgage points or 4.75% with two mortgage points. The 15 year mortgage rate with zero points is at 4.50% or 4.25% with two points.

The credit union also offers a 20 year fixed rate mortgage with a current rate of 4.87% with zero points or 4.50% with two points.

The mortgage rates advertised are for home purchases between $200,000 and $417,000. The credit union has similar mortgage rates available for other loan amounts and for refinances.
