Wells Fargo Bank, one of the largest U.S. banks is advertising some very competitive mortgage interest rates. The types of mortgages being offered include conforming mortgages, jumbo mortgages, adjustable rate mortgages and FHA loans.

The current advertised conforming 30 year mortgage rate is 5.13 percent with an annual percentage rate of 5.32 percent. The mortgage rate is higher than the current national average 30 year rate of 4.98 percent.

30 year conforming jumbo mortgage rates are a little higher. The current advertised rate for 30 year conforming jumbo loans is 5.25 percent. Jumbo mortgage rates are higher at 5.50 percent.
