15 year mortgage rates are advertised at 5.50 percent with an APR of 5.51 percent. The 15 year national average mortgage rate is 1.00 percent lower at 4.49 percent.

On the upside, their home equity loans beat the national averages. The bank’s current advertised 15 year home equity loan rate is 7.25 percent with an APR of 7.26 percent. The national average rate on 15 year home equity loans is 7.62 percent.
