30 year fixed mortgage rates are advertised at 4.99 percent with an annual percentage rate (APR) of 5.14 percent. Their advertised 30 year mortgage rate is lower than the current 30 year national average rate of 5.o6 percent.

15 year fixed mortgage rates are advertised at 4.25 percent with an APR of 4.48 percent. 5/1 ARMs are advertised at 3.50 percent with an APR of 3.37 percent.

EverBank is also offering fixed rate mortgages with terms ranging from 15 years to 40 years.  Adjustable mortgages are being offered with initial fixed rate periods of 1 year to 10 years.

Surprisingly, the bank is also offering interest only payment options for fixed mortgages and adjustable mortgages. During the credit crisis and housing bust, interest only option payments weren’t available.
